TERRA (“the Platform”, “the Service”, or “TERRA”) is a location-based, blockchain-integrated application built on the Solana network. Users explore real-world locations, mint digital place tokens, complete field tasks, and earn SKR utility tokens as in-app rewards. TERRA is operated by the TERRA development team (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The following documents collectively govern your use of the TERRA platform. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by each of these documents as applicable to your use.

Jurisdiction And Governing Law

These legal documents are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where jurisdictional conflicts arise, we will endeavour to honour applicable local consumer protection laws. Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) benefit from GDPR protections as described in our Privacy Policy. Users in other regions may have additional statutory rights under their local law which these documents do not limit.

Regulatory Status Of Digital Assets

SKR tokens and any other digital assets accessible through TERRA are utility tokens designed exclusively for use within the TERRA ecosystem. They are not securities, investment products, or financial instruments. We do not make any representation that SKR tokens have or will acquire monetary value outside the TERRA platform. The acquisition, holding, or use of SKR tokens does not constitute an investment in any enterprise and confers no equity, ownership, voting rights, dividends, or profit participation in TERRA or any associated entity.

Regulatory frameworks for digital assets vary significantly across jurisdictions and continue to evolve. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation in TERRA is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not offer the Service in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

Not Financial, Legal, Or Tax Advice

Nothing on the TERRA platform, in our documentation, or in any communication from TERRA constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on any information obtained through TERRA. TERRA, its operators, employees, and affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on platform content.

Blockchain Transaction Finality

TERRA interacts with the Solana blockchain, a permissionless, decentralised public ledger. Transactions submitted to the Solana network are irreversible once confirmed by the network's consensus mechanism. TERRA does not operate, control, or have the ability to modify the Solana blockchain. Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed, TERRA cannot reverse, cancel, or refund it under any circumstances, including but not limited to user error, network congestion, wallet compromise, or software malfunction.

You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details including recipient addresses, token amounts, and network fees before signing and submitting any transaction.

Intellectual Property

All TERRA branding, user interfaces, artwork, source code, smart contract logic, written content, and other creative works made available through the Service are the intellectual property of TERRA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission. User-generated content submitted to the platform (such as photographs submitted for task verification) remains owned by the user but is licensed to TERRA as described in the Terms of Service.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TERRA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of digital assets, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if TERRA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to TERRA in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

Compliance And Abuse Reporting

If you believe a user or third party is violating these terms, engaging in fraud, or using TERRA for illegal purposes, please report it immediately to support@terraseek.xyz. Include as much detail as possible: timestamps, wallet addresses, screenshots, and a description of the suspected violation. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within a reasonable timeframe.

Law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies seeking information under a lawful order or subpoena should also direct requests to the same address. We will cooperate with lawful requests to the extent required and permitted by applicable law.

Changes To Legal Documents

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any of these legal documents at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the affected document and, where practicable, provide notice within the application. Continued use of TERRA after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Service.
