Licence

1. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Terms of Service, TERRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal licence to access and use the TERRA platform and its associated software solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the intended functionality of the Service.

This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, commercialise, or distribute the Service or any portion of it. All rights not expressly granted in this licence are reserved by TERRA and its licensors.

2. Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit or assist any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of any part of the platform.
• Copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the platform's software, UI, or content without express written consent from TERRA.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on or within the platform.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair TERRA's infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Access the Service through automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) beyond what is reasonably necessary for personal use.
• Mirror, frame, or embed the Service or any portion of it in another application or website.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

The TERRA platform, including but not limited to its source code, user interface designs, visual assets, graphic elements, game mechanics, reward system logic, smart contract implementations, written documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by TERRA and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The TERRA name, logotype, and associated marks are proprietary to TERRA. You may not use these marks for any purpose without prior written authorisation from TERRA.

4. Open Source Components

TERRA incorporates open source software libraries and components. Each such component is subject to its own licence terms, which are reproduced below or available from the respective project repositories. Nothing in this Licence limits or supersedes the rights granted under any applicable open source licence. Key open source components include:

5. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to TERRA, including photographs submitted for task verification. By submitting content, you grant TERRA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, process, display, store, and analyse your submitted content solely for the purposes of operating the Service, including AI-assisted task verification and fraud prevention.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe that content on the TERRA platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@terraseek.xyz with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the platform.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe and will take appropriate action including removal of infringing content where required.

7. Security Research Disclosure

TERRA values the security research community. If you discover a security vulnerability in the platform, please report it responsibly by contacting support@terraseek.xyz before disclosing it publicly. Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and work with you to address confirmed vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Responsible disclosure does not authorise any testing that degrades service availability, accesses user data, or disrupts platform operations. Exploiting a vulnerability for any purpose other than reporting it to us is a violation of these Terms.

8. Licence For Commercial Or Research Use

If you are interested in accessing TERRA data, using TERRA in a commercial context, or conducting academic research using TERRA as a platform, please contact us at support@terraseek.xyz to discuss a separate licence arrangement. We welcome partnerships with researchers and organisations that align with TERRA's mission of creating value through real-world exploration and decentralised data contributions.

9. Termination Of Licence

Your licence to use the Service terminates automatically and immediately upon any breach of these Terms, our Terms of Service, or any applicable licence agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and any TERRA intellectual property. TERRA may also revoke this licence at any time at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
